Held in the chapel at Methodist International Church, Laura’s annual student concert highlighted just how far Neon Lights has come over the past 12 months. The sheer number of performers and audience members tells its own story, and many remarked that the returning singers had improved immensely since last year. Let’s see what 2020 will bring!
